Online training takes the pressure out of getting started and puts the focus back on you. Whether you’re at home, traveling, or squeezing in a quick session between a busy day, your workouts are always accessible and designed with YOUR goals in mind.

With online training, you get structure without restriction. Every workout is thoughtfully programmed by Samantha for your level, with guidance, progress tracking, and ongoing support to keep you consistent and motivated.

Moving at your own pace allows you to focus on form, breath, and how you feel, creating a more mindful and empowering experience. Plus, with direct access to your coach for questions, accountability, and encouragement, you’re never doing it alone.

The result? A routine that feels good, fits your lifestyle, and helps you become stronger on your own terms!

How it works:

Consultation For Personalization

Getting started is simple and fully tailored to you. We begin with a quick 30 min phone or video consultation where we talk through your goals, lifestyle, fitness level, and any specific needs. This helps me create a program that truly fits you, NEVER a one-size-fits-all plan.

Getting Your Fitness Plan

From there, you’ll receive your personalized workouts through an easy-to-use app, Train Heroic. Each workout includes clear instructions, video demos, and structure so you always know exactly what to do. Programs are designed for your level and progress with you over time, so you’re continually building strength and confidence

Progress and Check In

You’ll complete your workouts on your own time, at home, in the gym, or wherever works best for you. As you go, your progress is tracked, workouts are logged!

Accountability and Results

Along the way, I’m right there with you. You’ll have ongoing support, accountability, and access to me for questions, checks, and motivation. We’ll also check in regularly to adjust your program, celebrate wins, and keep you moving toward your goals.
